Components of vacuum packaging machine
The main components of the vacuum packaging machine are vacuum pump, vacuum meter, motor, vacuum chamber, sealing ring, sealing strip, upper cover, air bag, solenoid valve and so on.
1. The upper and lower vacuum chambers and the sealing ring At present, the vacuum packaging machines usually called are all chamber structures, consisting of a sealing ring between the upper vacuum chamber and the lower vacuum chamber machine placed between the upper and lower vacuum chambers. The upper and lower vacuum chambers are generally made of 304 stainless steel after bending and polishing, which has a little resistance to pressure. The lower vacuum chamber will have a silica gel strip corresponding to the heating strip of the upper vacuum chamber. Pay attention to the normal use and operation, improper operation can easily damage the heating strip and the silica gel strip.
2. Hot-press sealing device and printing device. The device is installed in the vacuum chamber. Generally, the movable part of the single-chamber flap type is installed in the lower vacuum chamber, and the movable part of the double-chamber swing cover type is installed in the upper vacuum chamber.
3. Vacuum pump, vacuum gauge and solenoid valve There are two ways to install vacuum pump. One is the built-in type, and the built-in type is the basic standard of most vacuum packaging machines. It is beautiful and does not occupy other external space. The other is an external type; generally suitable for large-scale products that require concave or special customization requirements. The solenoid valve is an indispensable part of the packaging machine. If you want the solenoid valve to be durable, you must first choose a good manufacturer and some well-known brands with perfect after-sales service.
4. Time relays, transformers and AC contactors. One time relay controls the vacuum time, the other controls the heating time, and some of them now have delay sealing. The time relay is divided into knob adjustment and control panel adjustment. It is installed on the operation panel to adjust the vacuum time of different products. On individual products, pay attention to adjusting the heating time to prevent the product packaging bag and the silica gel strip from being damaged by the heating temperature.
